Two, Welding Techniques:
1. Hand-weldedLearn the full set of welding techniques including manual arc welding, flat welding, vertical welding, horizontal welding, overhead welding, broken arc, continuous arc, flat corner welding, vertical corner welding, overhead corner welding, and pipe-plate joint welding. Manual arc welding process: arc striking operation, wire manipulation methods, starting and ending techniques, welding methods and procedures for flat, vertical, and overhead welding of plate joints. Reading drawings and mechanical drawing recognition.
2. Argon Arc WeldingLearn full-position welding techniques such as argon arc welding, TIG welding, butt welding, continuous welding, flat welding, vertical welding, horizontal welding, flat corner welding, and vertical corner welding. Proper use of welding equipment and tools, as well as safety operation techniques for argon arc welding, control procedures for argon arc welding, characteristics of welding, application scope, and types of power sources and polarity.
3. Gas Shielded WeldingLearn gas shielded welding techniques: broken welding, continuous welding, flat angle welding, vertical angle welding, and full-position welding. Properly use welding tools, personal protective equipment, and safety operation techniques to master the welding process parameters of CO2 gas shielded welding (current, gas flow, power electrode, arc, voltage, polarity, material quality, welding speed, angle, etc.).
4. Oxygen Welding, Gas Cutting:Learn oxy-acetylene welding and gas cutting techniques: usage of thick and thin plate torch models, process parameters and cutting methods, layout, material calculation, and cutting.
