Product Introduction
(1) This series of hydraulic presses is primarily medium to large-sized, offering three options: downward pressing, upward lifting, or a combination of both. Servo models are available with digital position and blade pressure display, as well as digital adjustment. Production parameters can be memorized.
The equipment employs a hydraulic circuit with a master and slave cylinder, with the pressing process divided into two stages: a. The first stage has a descending speed of approximately 150 mm/sec, and b. The second stage operates at an approximate feed speed of 30 mm/sec, thereby ensuring the stability of production efficiency and pressure demand.
(3) Utilizing a four-column, three-plate structure, the vertical precision of the movable plate is controlled by four precision extended guide sleeves. The parallel precision between the lower and upper working surfaces at any point is less than 0.1MM.
(4) Equipped with a waste blowing device, the blowing time is adjustable. A waste drop chute is located in the center of the lower workbench for convenient collection of clean surplus materials.
(5) Equipped with an automatic counting function, featuring both manual and semi-automatic control modes, and an emergency return button. Optional time control for the upward and downward stroke can also be set with proximity switch control.
(Below the equipment body, foot cups are installed for easy leveling of the body with the ground.)
