(1) Fuel line detail design:
① The servo pressure holding oil circuit can effectively reduce the working time of the oil pump, thereby extending its service life.
② Molding lifting position displayed and adjustable in a digital manner.

(II) Structural Detail Design
① The mold slide design is also equipped with a grating, providing dual protection for production safety.

③ Upon opening the electrical box door, the equipment will trigger an alarm and automatically stop in high-pressure gas molding machines to ensure safety during maintenance or accidental operation.
④ Insulation panels are made from high-quality materials within the industry, reducing energy loss.
⑤ Heat workbench for adjustment and treatment, maintains non-deformation under long-term high-temperature condition.
(3) Air Path Detail Design
① Both high and low pressure gas lines feature independently adjustable pressure levels, flow rates, and pressure holding times.

(4) Heating Detail Features:
①Independent temperature control for mold heating and cooling, with excellent performance using high-temperature heat-insulating boards and greater energy savings.
② German IR far-infrared ceramic plates, high precision (±1℃), excellent thermal insulation (energy-saving), PID multi-point temperature control to meet process detail requirements.
Parameter Storage Function
Molds can be numbered for storage of production process parameters. Entering the mold number allows for direct retrieval of equipment memory parameters for production, facilitating management.
