Heating Function:

Fuel Line Design:
- Utilizes a sub-parent cylinder oil circuit for faster downward pressure. The pressure-holding oil circuit effectively reduces the oil pump's operating time, enhancing its lifespan. The walkway oil circuit employs a slow-speed valve, allowing adjustable speed and providing good cushioning for stability.

Parameter Storage Function:
Molds can be numbered for storage of production process parameters. Inputting the mold number can directly retrieve the equipment's memory parameters for production, making management convenient!

Working Principle:
- No upper mold is used; only a lower mold is employed. The high-pressure gas directly presses the heated and softened sheet material onto the lower mold, forming the finished component.
- Suitable Materials: PC, PC+PMMA, ABS+PMMA, etc.
- Advantages of High-pressure Molding Machines: Composite material corners do not become white or delaminate, stainless steel wire material does not crack or delaminate, and IML products are formed in one shot with a single overmolding around the product.

High-pressure molding machine features:
1. Equipped with an external heating system, suitable for producing special requirement film sheets.
2. Equipped with a pressure relief safety device.
3. The hydraulic design structure is stable, with a molding pressure of up to 50 kg.
4. Features upper and lower mold temperature display to ensure stable film forming.
5. The heating system utilizes ceramic sheets for the heating element, ensuring stable and even heat distribution.
6. Fully CNC-controlled, hydraulic, positional, pneumatic, and IR heat press cycles; high-pressure machine quality; stable molding, minimal product stress, rapid prototyping, and high-tensile molding.
7. Equipped with an upper and lower vacuum pump, offering adjustable vacuum activation and duration.
8. Safety valves are installed on the operating surface. The cylinder drives a metal grid, which is lined with soft rubber and equipped with a proximity switch.
9. Offer pneumatic safety devices to prevent mold from falling, equipped with safety light grids.




High-pressure machine operation procedure:
