The auto-calibrating welding rotator consists of a set of active welding rotors and a set of passive welding rotors. The motion wheel is driven by an electric motor and a reducer gear, achieving stepless speed variation. If the workpiece is too long, a combination of one active and multiple passive rotors can be used.
