Large gantry structure water jet cutting machine - customizable in x, y, z axes

Since 2005, YC has been dedicated to manufacturing high-quality water jet cutting machines. We offer customized solutions for various customers and applications. The X, Y, and Z axes of our waterjet cutting machines can be customized. We have handled many cases, such as 2000mm x 6000mm, 4000mm x 8000mm, and 3000mm x 12000mm. The large-scale waterjet cutting machines we produce can handle 4000mm x 12000mm, and the Z-axis can accommodate up to 1000mm.

Waterjet Cutting Table Structural Features:
The casting beam and base on the Y-axis ensure high precision and stability.
The bed frame and water tank are removable, designed to reduce pressure on moving parts from water, sand, and machined components.
The Y-axis base is a monolithic structure, with easy assembly and disassembly.
The X and Y axes feature high-precision ball screws and guides.
Cutting table sizes are customizable, including options like 3000mm*8000mm, 3500mm*7000mm, 2000mm*12000mm, with larger sizes up to 4000mm*12000mm.
