Horizontal conveying of granular or powdered materials such as oil and feed, or inclined conveying nearly horizontal (slope angle ≤ 2°), with the conveying length generally not exceeding 40 meters.

2. The TLSS series screw conveyors are not suitable for materials that are corrosive, highly adhesive, prone to caking, or contain excessive impurities.

Materials or work environment temperatures below -20℃ or above 50℃, or where conveying material temperatures exceed 20℃, are not suitable for conveying rough materials such as rice or fragile materials such as corn.

3. The features of the TLSS series screw conveyors include:

1) The machine has a compact, simple, and rational structure with excellent sealing performance.

2) The intermediate suspension bearings use oil-lubricated bearings for machine tools, which are simple and reliable in lubrication. 3) The shaft ends are sealed with filling material, providing excellent sealing effect.

4) Helices can be left-handed or right-handed, and can also exist in both directions on the same axis to achieve directional conveyance. The conveying length can be determined as required, with flexible process layout.
