The LDCN860 Battery Discharge Tester System employs wireless relay access for individual battery voltage monitoring information, ensuring simplicity, safety, and precision.
The LDCN860 Battery Discharge Tester features an extremely user-friendly interface. Not only can various settings and data queries be completed with menu prompts, but the data during the discharge process is also stored in the device's memory. This data can be transferred to a USB flash drive and analyzed using the dedicated software on a host computer to generate the required curves and reports.

◆ Utilizes PTC ceramic resistors, eliminating the red hot phenomenon, ensuring the entire discharge process is safer.
The individual monitoring module uses long-distance RF wireless communication for voltage data transmission and can be set to four independent frequency bands, allowing up to four monitoring systems to simultaneously transmit data in the same area without interference or crosstalk (optional).
The wireless data collection box can monitor each battery individually, enabling complete supervision of the battery discharge process, and comes with three data collection methods (optional):
1. The monomer monitoring module transmits data to the discharge instrument main unit.
2. The single-module monitoring unit transmits data to the USB wireless terminal.
3. The monomer monitoring module transmits data to the discharge meter main unit and the USB wireless terminal.
Each discharge unit can monitor 25 individual collection boxes, with each box connecting to 12 batteries, totaling 300 batteries monitored. The device automatically identifies and displays the serial numbers and voltage values of the top 6 and bottom 6 batteries in different colors on the screen.
◆ The individual voltage values are displayed with both a sliding table and a sliding bar chart, offering two viewing methods for the data.
Equipped with a PC-based software, it can analyze data such as total voltage, discharge current, and individual battery voltages, and generate corresponding data reports. It provides intuitive curves, graphs, and reports reflecting the performance of the battery bank, which can be printed and queried.
The device features a USB port, allowing the data from the discharge process to be saved onto a USB flash drive, which can then be transferred to a PC. The PC data management software can analyze the battery discharge process and generate corresponding data reports, making data transfer more convenient.
◆ Featuring an intelligent ARM microcontroller, a 7-inch 1024*600 high-definition LCD screen, capacitive touch operation, and built-in menu with English and Chinese language options, the menu operation is simple and intuitive.
◆ Automatic shutdown protection, over-temperature protection, over-pressure protection, over-current protection, reverse connection alarm, any alarm triggers a shutdown with corresponding alarm prompts displayed on the screen, over-pressure protection and reverse connection alarm automatically disconnect the air circuit breaker.
◆ Can be set to stop charging/discharging conditions, including single battery voltage low, group voltage high/low, charging current low, and time to charge/discharge. When any of these conditions are met, the device will automatically stop the test with a buzzer alert and simultaneously record the reason for stopping.
◆ Online compensatory charging/discharging is available, and with an external current clamp sensor connected, discharge testing of battery packs in operation can be conducted, facilitating testing. This feature is particularly suitable for scenarios with only a single set of backup batteries (optional).
◆ Features RS485 remote control for charging and discharging.
◆ With parallel discharge capability across multiple machines, operation is simply conducted on the host machine's display screen for the parallel parameters, while the slave machines automatically follow the host's instructions to evenly distribute power and perform start/stop operations.
