The LDZGF integrated DC high-voltage generator is a new-generation portable high-voltage testing instrument designed and manufactured in accordance with the Chinese Power Industry Standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General Technical Conditions for High-Voltage Test Devices - Part 1: DC High-Voltage Generators." It is specifically used for testing the electrical insulation strength and leakage current of power devices.
The LDZGF integrated DC high-voltage generator utilizes a high-frequency voltage-doubling circuit, employs PWM pulse width modulation and voltage-current dual-loop feedback technology to enhance power supply and load adjustment rates, ensuring high voltage stability and low ripple. It employs imported high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology to eliminate switching interference, achieving high-quality and portable DC high-voltage generators. Imported high-frequency high-voltage rectifier diodes are selected to make the voltage-doubling cylinder more compact and lightweight, improving overall efficiency. Based on EMI electromagnetic interference and EMC electromagnetic compatibility theories, shielding, isolation, and grounding measures are adopted to enhance overall safety and withstand rated voltage discharge without damage. The instrument is equipped with comprehensive protection functions, including zero-point protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond-level dedicated sensors for rapid and reliable operation, effectively ensuring personal and equipment safety. Over-voltage setting uses a digital dip switch for simple operation and high precision. An additional intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button is added for zinc oxide varistor testing.
