For the power system, transformers are the core equipment, hence their long-term and reliable operation is crucial for the stability and reliability of the entire system.
Currently, the direct resistance test of distribution transformers, the transformer ratio and group test, and the transformer insulation resistance test are mandatory items for transformer maintenance. To complete these tests and operations, transformer direct resistance testers, transformer ratio and group testers, and transformer insulation resistance testers must be separately configured. Each test requires carrying all three instruments. Since they are three independent units, each comes with dedicated testing cables, necessitating separate testing during the process and frequent changes in wiring, which consequently wastes a considerable amount of human and material resources as well as time.
We innovatively developed a three-in-one distribution transformer testing system powered by high-capacity lithium batteries (direct resistance + transformation ratio + insulation resistance). With just one set of equipment, we can complete the tests for three projects without the need for frequent wiring connections.
The LDZJB Three-in-One Distribution Transformer Tester has developed a fully intelligent one-button testing function for direct resistance and transformation ratio testing items and processes. It intelligently identifies the transformer's tap position based on the set test parameters, automatically tests and saves the transformation ratio and direct resistance data of that tap position. It can also intelligently save all the transformation ratio and direct resistance data of the transformer's tested tap positions, significantly improving work efficiency and saving user costs.
