Flexible voltage and current output combinations; up to 6-phase voltage and 6-phase current outputs, allowing for arbitrary combinations to achieve standard 4-phase voltage/3-phase current, 6-phase voltage, 6-phase current, and 12-phase output modes. This is compatible with traditional testing methods and facilitates three-phase transformer differential testing, as well as power quick switching and backup power supply tests.

Digital Signal Processor Microcomputer

The device employs a high-speed digital control processor as the output core, utilizing a 32-bit double-precision algorithm to generate high-precision waveforms for each phase. Due to its integrated structure, the components are tightly integrated, with short data transmission distances and a compact design. It overcomes the issue of fewer output waveform points in laptop-controlled measurement instruments caused by long data communication lines and narrow bandwidths.

◆ D/A Conversion and Low-Pass Filtering

Utilizes a high-precision D/A converter, ensuring precision and linearity of current and voltage across the entire range.

Due to the high density of fitting points, high waveform fidelity, minimal harmonic components, and low requirements for low-pass filters, it boasts excellent transient, phase, and amplitude characteristics. It facilitates precise phase shifting and harmonic addition, and maintains high accuracy at high frequencies as well.

Voltage, Current Amplifier

We consistently use high-performance linear amplifiers for current and voltage output, allowing direct generation of waveforms ranging from DC to those containing various frequency components, such as square waves, combined waveforms of harmonics, and transient waveforms due to faults. The output waveforms are clean and smooth, without high-frequency radiation interference to adjacent equipment, and can effectively simulate the current and voltage characteristics during various short-circuit faults.

The amplifier circuit employs imported high-power, high-fidelity modular power devices for the power output stage, combined with meticulously and reasonably designed heat dissipation structures, providing ample power redundancy and thermal capacity. The amplifier circuit is equipped with comprehensive overheat, overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection. In case of overcurrent in the current loop or overloading or short-circuit in the voltage loop, the output power is automatically limited, the entire amplifier circuit is turned off, and an alarm signal is displayed. To prevent overheating of the amplifier circuit due to long-term operation under high current, the device is set with software time limits under high current conditions. The device can operate continuously under 10A and below output. When the current exceeds 10A, the software time limit is activated. Upon reaching the time limit, the software automatically shuts down power output and provides an alarm indication. The larger the output current, the shorter the time limit.

◆ Incoming and outgoing volumes

Equipped with 8 input channels and 4 output channels.

The switch input circuit is compatible with both normally open and 0-250V potential contacts. In potential mode, 0-6V is for closure, and 11-250V is for opening. Switch quantities can conveniently measure the action time and time difference of each phase switch contact.

The input section is isolated from the main power supply and power amplifier supply, etc. The input ground is floating, therefore, the common terminal of the input section is not connected to the common terminals of the current and voltage sections such as UN and IN.

Switched-potential inputs are directional; connect the common terminal to the positive potential, and the input terminal to the negative potential, ensuring the common terminal's potential is higher than the input terminal. During field wiring, connect the common input to +KM, and the contact negative to the input terminal. Reversing the connections will prevent proper detection.

The output is a relay's normally open contact. The output capacity is DC: 220V/0.2A, AC: 220V/0.5A. The switch output is completely isolated from voltage, current, and input circuits. The action processes of each output vary in different test modules; for details, please refer to the software operation instructions of each module.

◆ Dedicated DC power output

A dedicated adjustable DC power output is installed on the bottom of the cabinet, with two voltage levels of 110V and 220V, serving as an auxiliary power source for on-site testing. A potentiometer is also provided for this power supply, allowing adjustment within the range of 80% to 110%. The rated working current of this power supply is 1.5A, and it can be used as the DC working power for a protective device or as the power source for the circuit breaker switching loop. In case of overload or short circuit, the corresponding fuse (2A/250V) will blow. Simply replace the fuse to resolve the issue.
