The GKC-HA High-Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristic Tester is an embedded industrial computer with a mainboard based on CortexTM-A8, a clock speed of 1GHz, 1GB flash memory, and a fast boot-up time of just 16 seconds. It features a 9-inch color screen, Windows operating system, an intuitive user-friendly interface, a touchscreen, and supports both Chinese and English input for easy operation by field personnel.
⑵ High-speed thermal printer, convenient for on-site printing of test data.
⑶ Integrated operational power supply within the unit; no need for on-site secondary power source, convenient and quick to use. Offers adjustable DC 6~270V power supply with a current of 20A. Allows for setting the action voltage values of any disconnection and closing coil, and can perform low-voltage action tests on circuit breakers.
④ Equipped with linear sensors, rotary sensors, universal sensors, laser sensors (optional), and brackets, as well as dedicated multi-functional connectors, installation is extremely convenient and straightforward.
⑸ The GKC-HA High Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristic Tester is applicable to all models of SF6 switches, GIS combined equipment, vacuum switches, and oil switches produced both domestically and internationally.
⑹ Once the switch is activated, all data and graphics are obtained, with test data and graphics displayed on the same screen. The speed can be recalculated, eliminating the need for further testing.
⑺ The main unit can store 30,000 sets of current test data (expandable with a storage card), and features an internal real-time clock for easy archiving.
⑻ The GKC-HA High Voltage Switch Mechanical Characteristic Tester is equipped with 2 USB ports, allowing for mouse operation of the instrument and direct data saving to a USB flash drive for analysis and storage on a computer. Online operation (optional), WIFI operation available as an option.
⑼ Simultaneously measures 12 metal contact break points, 6 main break points, 6 auxiliary break points, and 1 speed (optional with 3 speeds).
⑽ Included with envelop curves, the values from a single switch test are used to generate standard envelop curves for analysis and comparison, as well as switch vibration frequency analysis.
