The GKC-HAS Dual Terminal Grounding High Voltage Switch Test Instrument is a high-performance embedded industrial computer. It features a CortexTM-A8 processor with a frequency up to 1GHz and is equipped with 1GB flash memory, ensuring a quick boot-up time of just 16 seconds. It is fitted with a 9-inch color touchscreen, runs on the Windows operating system, offers an intuitive user interface, supports both Chinese and English input, making it easy for on-site operators to get started.
Equipped with a high-speed thermal printer for on-site direct printing of test data. The built-in operational power design eliminates the need for additional on-site power sources, providing adjustable DC power from 6 to 270V with a maximum current of 20A. Users can set the action voltage for the solenoid coils as needed to conduct low-voltage operation tests.
Equipped with various sensors, including linear sensors, rotary sensors, universal sensors, and optional laser sensors. Paired with brackets and dedicated multi-functional mounting interfaces, installation is extremely simple and quick.
◆ Suitable for all SF6 switches, GIS integrated switchgear, vacuum switches, and oil switches of all models worldwide. It can immediately retrieve all data and graphics after one switch operation, allowing test results and graphics to be displayed on the same screen, with the speed data capable of being recalculated without the need for repeated testing.
The main unit is capable of storing up to 30,000 sets of test data (storage capacity is expandable), features an internal real-time clock for easy data archiving. The device is also equipped with 2 USB ports, supports mouse operation, and allows direct data saving to a USB flash drive or uploading to a computer for analysis and storage. Additionally, optional interfaces are available for online operation, as well as WIFI functionality.
