Natural Gas, Liquefied Gas Sampling (Apparatus) Cylinders I. Purpose: Sampling apparatus cylinders are high-pressure steel cylinder containers used for collecting, storing, and transporting gas samples to analytical instruments. They are primarily applied in oil and gas fields, refineries, chemical factories, liquefied gas stations, product quality supervision and inspection agencies (national inspection centers), gas metering and testing institutions, natural gas thermal power companies, research stations of gas extraction plants, and other units and departments for sampling and analysis of fuel gas and natural gas. (Can be used for gas, liquid, and vapor sampling) II. Main Technical Parameters: 1. Working Pressure: 4MPa, 16MPa, 20MPa, 32MPa, 50MPa, 70MPa. 2. Working Temperature: -40 to 50℃. 3. Applicable Medium: Natural gas, fuel gas, and other gases and liquids. 4. Volume Specifications: 100mL, 250mL, 500mL, 1000mL, 2000mL, 4000mL, 6000mL, 10000mL; special specifications available upon request. III. Material: Seamless stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316L, Hastelloy (HC276), etc. The stainless steel cylinder body can be coated with ETFE to prevent corrosion upon customer request. IV. Structural Configuration: 1. The cylinders with smaller volume are made of stainless steel seamless steel tubes, spun and extruded into shape, with no welds and high-pressure resistance. 2. The middle section of the sampling apparatus cylinder features a carrying handle, with both ends in a double-valve structure. The valve connection pipe diameter is Φ3mm, Φ6mm, Φ8mm, etc. The valve and cylinder body transition joint is a tapered thread, ensuring reliable sealing and no leakage. Explosion-proof diaphragms and pressure gauges can be installed on the valves upon customer request. 3. Sampling apparatus cylinders can be customized to include high-pressure stainless steel sampling lines or high-pressure metal sampling hoses upon customer request, one end connecting to the cylinder valve, and the other to the user's on-site interface (wellhead site, gas chromatography instrument, etc.). Quick connectors can be provided for quick and convenient sampling. 4. Sampling apparatus cylinders can be customized to include an integrated aluminum alloy tool box upon customer request, facilitating easy transport to gas extraction plant sites for safe sampling use.
