Product Description
The YB3 series high-voltage explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors feature a cast iron base, offering compact structure, high protection level, and easy installation and maintenance. Through further optimized design and meticulous manufacturing, they boast energy-saving, reliable performance, low noise, minimal vibration, and long service life. Their energy efficiency ratings meet the first-grade level of GB30254-2013. This series of motors is suitable for driving various general mechanical equipment such as fans, compressors, pumps, machine tools, and conveying machinery. They are used as prime movers in various industrial and mining enterprises, including mines, steel mills, machinery plants, oil refineries, chemical plants, and power stations.
This series of electric motors meets the explosion-proof performance requirements of GB 3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmospheres – Part 1: Equipment – General Requirements" and GB 3836.2-2010 "Explosive Atmospheres – Part 2: Equipment Protected by a Flameproof Enclosure 'd'", and is manufactured as a flameproof type with explosion-proof ratings of ExdⅠMb and ExdⅡBT4 Gb. They are primarily used in environments with explosive gas mixtures.
The standard motor housing has an IP55 protection rating, which can reach IP55 or above upon customer request.
The standard motor mounting is IMB3, other mounting types are available.
Cooling method for the motor is IC411 or IC416.
