Product Description
The YB3 series high-voltage explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are equipped with cast iron bases, featuring compact structure, high protection class, and easy installation and maintenance. Through further optimized design and meticulous manufacturing, they offer energy-saving, reliable performance, low noise, minimal vibration, and long service life. Their energy efficiency index meets the first-grade energy efficiency level as specified in GB30254-2013. This series of motors is suitable for driving various general machinery and equipment such as fans, compressors, water pumps, machine tools, and conveying machinery. They are used as prime movers in various industrial and mining enterprises, including mines, iron and steel plants, machinery manufacturing, oil refineries, chemical industries, and power stations.

This series of electric motors meets the explosion-proof performance requirements of GB 3836.1-2010 "Explosive Atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment - General Requirements" and GB 3836.2-2010 "Explosive Atmospheres - Part 2: Equipment Protected by a Flameproof Enclosure 'd'", and is manufactured as a flameproof type with explosion-proof ratings of ExdⅠMb and ExdⅡBT4 Gb. They are primarily used in environments with explosive gas mixtures.

The standard motor housing has an IP55 protection rating, which can reach IP55 or above upon customer request.

Standard motor mounting is IMB3, other mounting options available.

The motor cooling method is IC411 or IC416.

Rated Frequency: 50Hz, ±1% tolerance; also available in variable-speed motors upon customer request
