SYJP Series Oil Filter Machines
This equipment is specifically designed by our company for filtering and dehydrating medium to low viscosity hydraulic oils used in turbines, injection molding machines, die casting machines, stamping presses, etc. It integrates both oil filtering and efficient dehydration, successfully separating impurities, water, and gases from the oil. After the recycling process, the water content in the oil is less than 100ppm, and the particle impurities meet NAS 4-8 standards.

High-performance polymer materials are used to replace traditional filters, filter papers, and cores, effectively resolving various clogging issues caused by oil sludge and biofilm contamination.

3. Features a one-time filtration degassing function, a feature not found in similar products. The water separation material achieves an effect with less than 100PPm water content in exported oil and less than 50PPm free water content.
