It integrates oil filtration and high-efficiency dehydration functions into one, effectively removing particulate impurities, emulsified water, and free water from the oil. Utilizing a special oil-grade proportioned coalescence separation filter core, it separates and dehydrates based on the different surface tensions of the medium. It has strong dehydration capability, capable of processing water content up to 15%, and features vacuum and centrifugal dehydration methods.
The advantages of Fapinli. After filtration and dehydration, the oil content in the oil fluid can reach 100ppm. It breaks all oil-water emulsification structures in the medium. Depending on the filter element model selected, the cleanliness of the medium can be stabilized at the required design level, reaching NAS 5 grade or higher.
Features and Effects:

3. Filter System - The oil first passes through a 150-micron suction filter to protect the oil pump from damage by large particles.
4. In the coalescence system, when the oil is pumped into the equipment, it first enters the coalescing filter element. Due to the polar molecular structure of the coalescing filter element material, the free water and emulsified water in the oil coalesce into larger water droplets after passing through the filter element, and then settle to the water storage tank under the action of gravity.
5. The separation system: After passing through the coalescing filter element, the oil will enter the separator filter element located above. Prior to this, due to gravity, larger water droplets have already settled to the bottom of the container. However, smaller droplets, still under the influence of inertia, rise with the oil up to the separator filter element. The separator filter element is made of hydrophobic material. As the oil passes through the separator filter element, the water droplets are trapped on the outside of the filter, while the oil enters the filter and eventually exits through the outlet. The water droplets trapped outside the filter element accumulate and gradually increase in size, eventually settling into the water storage tank at the bottom of the container due to gravity.
6. Drainage System: Separated water is stored in the water tank, and the oil-water interface can be measured by an interface meter. When the interface height reaches the set upper limit, the electromagnetic valve at the bottom of the water tank will open, and the accumulated water will be drained out through the overflow outlet.
7. When the exhaust system equipment requires maintenance or disassembly, the system must be drained. Turn on the equipment; after approximately 1 minute, the oil in the equipment will be drained for maintenance or disassembly purposes.
