Check the stability of the hanging item before use.

  2、 First, observe if the motor is reversing. Normally, the grinding sparks should be shooting towards the motor; otherwise, shut down the machine immediately to check if the circuit is functioning properly.

3. After the grinding wheel machine is started, the grinding should be done only after the machine has rotated smoothly. If the machine exhibits significant vibration, it should be stopped and adjusted immediately.

Do not apply excessive force during the grinding process.

5. Select a grinding wheel that matches the spindle speed of the grinding machine according to the instruction manual.

6. New grinding wheels must have a factory-certified quality certificate or a test mark. Do not use the wheel if any defects such as quality issues, hardness, particle size, or cracks are found before installation.

7. When installing the grinding wheel, the clearance between the inner hole of the wheel and the main shaft should not be too tight. It should be adjusted according to the technical requirements for loose fit, generally between 0.05 and 0.10 millimeters.
