The XFZ(Y) series fine powder separator operates by utilizing gravity and centrifugal separation to segregate coal powder of different particle sizes. The dusty gas stream is tangentially introduced into the separator for rotational movement. Solid particles are ejected outward to the outer筒 wall and move downward, being discharged through the lower dust outlet. The purified gas stream is then released through the top exhaust outlet.

Features include: a straight-cut inlet design, an atypical inlet structure that minimizes interference between intake and internal swirl, effectively organizing the separator's air flow conditions, enhancing the separator's efficiency. Appropriate guide vanes are installed inside the exhaust pipe, reducing the separator's resistance, thereby ensuring that this series offers excellent performance.
