2All main weld seams are subjected to non-destructive testing.
3The steel plate material is Q235B or Q345B steel, and the critical support components are manufactured from alloy steel.
End beam section
1The end beam is formed by welding rectangular steel pipes or plates, and after formation, the end beam is positioned and machined on a CNC machine to meet the allowable deviation range, ensuring dimensional accuracy and fit tolerance.
2Each end beam is equipped with wheels with double flanges, shock absorbers, and derailment protection devices.
3The main beam and end beam are connected with high-tensile bolts, ensuring the overall precision and smooth operation of the machine.
