Hook assembly

The hook assembly is a widely used lifting device on cranes, consisting of upper pulley sets, support frames, thrust bearings, hook beams, and hook heads, among other components.

Hook sets are generally categorized as: 1. Electric Hoist Hook Sets, 2. Double Girder Crane Hook Sets, 3. European Crane Hook Sets. Lifting capacities typically range from 0.5 tons to 1200 tons, including specifications such as 1 ton, 2 tons, 3 tons, 5 tons, 10 tons, 16 tons, 20 tons, 32 tons, 50 tons, 60 tons, 80 tons, 100 tons, 120 tons, 150 tons, 160 tons, 200 tons, 240 tons, 260 tons, 300 tons, 320 tons, 400 tons, 500 tons, 630 tons, and 800 tons.

Hooks are categorized by shape into single hooks and double hooks.;Forging hooks and laminated hooks are classified according to the manufacturing method.

We use material such as DG34CrNiMo or high-strength alloy steel, which is formed through high-temperature, high-pressure processing and then forged using specialized molds.
