European electric hoists are mainly used for European single-beam cranes, European double-beam cranes, and are designed for matching use.
An European-style electric hoist is a specialized lifting equipment installed on overhead cranes and gantry cranes. It features compact size, light weight, stable quality, simple operation, and ease of use, suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, ports, and other locations.

Installation and Use
European electric hoists are generally installed on single girder cranes, bridge cranes, gantry cranes, and suspended cranes. With slight modifications, they can also be used as winches. Therefore, they are essential machinery for improving labor efficiency and conditions.

Heavy Duty: JC=40%
Electric Hoists with a heavy-duty working system (JC=40%) are used in situations with intense labor, where the load is frequently at or above the rated value and requires a high safety factor.
Hoist structure and reducer: Equipped with a three-stage helical gear rotation mechanism, the gears and gear shafts are made of heat-treated alloy steel (20CrMn), while the housing and cover are cast iron. The assembly is tight and well-sealed. The reducer gears have a hard tooth surface and are a separate component for easy installation and removal.
Control box: Equipped with a device that can cut off the main circuit in emergencies and features an upper and lower travel limit switch to prevent fire. Ensures the safe operation of the electric hoist.
Wire rope: Utilizes GB1102-74 (6*37+1) X-type crane-specific wire rope, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.
Conical Motor: The lifting motor utilizes a larger starting torque conical rotor brake asynchronous motor. The motor's continuous duty cycle is 25%, and the motor is insulated with B or F class insulation. The motor protection rating is IP44/IP54.
Button Switch: Manual operation is light and convenient, available in both manual operation and wireless remote control modes.
