Moist, hot compressed air enters the heat exchanger and is exchanged with the cold air discharged from the evaporator, thereby lowering the temperature of the compressed air entering the evaporator.
Cooling air after heat reduction flows into the evaporator to exchange heat with the refrigerant. The heat from the compressed air is carried away by the refrigerant, causing the compressed air temperature to drop rapidly. Moist air reaches saturation temperature and condenses quickly into water droplets, which are then separated by a gas-water separator. The condensed water is drained out through the automatic drain valve.
*The cooled air stream passes through an air heat exchanger with the high-temperature air entering, absorbing heat from the incoming air to increase its temperature. Additionally, the air undergoes a secondary condensation in the refrigeration system and a further heat exchange with the high-temperature refrigerant, ensuring the outlet temperature is sufficiently heated to prevent condensation in the outlet compressed air pipeline. By fully utilizing the cold source of the outlet air, the load on the refrigeration system of the machine is reduced, ensuring the quality of the compressed air at the machine outlet.

Ensure non-condensation on the export pipeline, reduce refrigerant temperature, enhance freezing effect, and achieve energy conservation and environmental protection.
● Special design for reduced pressure differential and energy saving.
● Utilizes high-quality, thick copper tubes to prevent corrosion and potential machine leakage, ensuring a longer service life.
● Employ high-performance heat exchangers
1. Large-capacity design ensures stable operation of the machine under harsh working conditions
2. The cylinder is treated with anti-corrosion to prevent rust and blockage inside the machine.
● Utilize high-quality components
1. Utilizing high-performance refrigeration compressors from brands like USA's Copeland, Denmark's Danfoss, and Germany's Bitzer, these compressors feature low energy consumption, high efficiency, stable performance, and ensure long-lasting optimal efficiency.
2. Refrigeration components are equipped with original parts from top brands such as Danfoss of Denmark, Spoolan of the USA, and Emerson of the USA, providing users with high-quality products.
Performance Enhancement
1. High-efficiency gas-liquid separator and multi-drainage design for timely and effective drainage, preventing issues with poor dew point due to moisture residue.
2. Full range configuration with high and low voltage protection, anti-freeze switch, and overcurrent overheating protection to ensure machine failure does not spread and reduce the overall maintenance cost of the machine.
3. Equipped with high-end flow control valves, the system adjusts water flow based on condensation pressure, maintaining a constant condensation pressure at the optimal level, thus preventing the evaporator from icing up or experiencing significant dew point fluctuations.
4. Standardly equipped with a Carsty refrigerant release valve; when the pressure in the refrigerant system exceeds the set value, the valve opens to prevent personal injury or death.
