As the fan operates, it creates a negative pressure inside the chamber, causing outside air to flow over the porous, wetted baffle surface, forcing the air passing through to have its dry bulb temperature reduced to nearly the wet bulb temperature of the outside air, i.e., the dry bulb temperature at the air cooler outlet is 5-12℃ lower than the outdoor dry bulb temperature (up to 15℃ in dry and hot regions), with the greater the dryness and heat of the air, the larger the temperature difference and the better the cooling effect. Since air is constantly drawn from outside to inside (at this point referred to as a positive pressure system), it maintains the freshness of the indoor air; at the same time, due to the cooling principle of evaporation, it has both cooling and humidifying functions (relative humidity around 75%), suitable for use in textile and knitting workshops. It not only improves the cooling and heating conditions but also purifies the air, reduces the breakage rate of threads during the needlework process, and enhances the quality of needlework products.
