The department currently possesses ceramic tape slitting technology, multi-layer ceramic processing technology, multi-layer ceramic sintering and surface treatment technology. As a material for the third-generation vacuum device tube shells, ceramic tubes and shells are widely applicable in laser devices, microwave radio frequency, optical communication, power devices, and hybrid integrated circuit devices.
