The settlement gauge is composed of multiple single-point settlement units connected in series with PVC pipes. It is suitable for measuring the displacement between multi-layer soil and a relatively stationary point (bedrock), allowing for long-term monitoring and automated measurements.
Static Level Gauge Advantages: High measurement accuracy, strong stability, unaffected by low temperatures, etc. Primarily used for determining the vertical settlement of the measured object through the measurement of liquid level. Mainly applied in subway, tunnel, bridge, building foundation settlement observation, etc.
The static level gauge is typically installed on a measuring pier at the same height as the object being measured or on a line at the same height as the object's wall. Data is usually automatically collected and stored in the field collection system using the built-in single-machine version of the collection software within the collection box. It is then connected to the internet via wired or wireless communication to transmit data to the backend network software, thereby achieving automated observation.

Primary purpose of railway settlement monitoring
1. Obtain data on subgrade load and natural settlement observations for newly constructed ballastless track roads with speeds ranging from 200 to 350 km/h.
2. Monitor to obtain the actual settlement and deformation conditions, as well as deformation trends, of different structural components in the project.
3. Monitor the dynamic changes in settlement during subgrade compaction to provide timely and reliable information for post-construction settlement evaluation, assessing the safety of the foundation under ballastless track in terms of loading and natural settlement.
4. Provide forecasts for potential safety hazards in engineering to enable the implementation of effective measures and prevent accidents.
