Injection Molding Waste Gas Treatment Methods
The common process for the production and processing of plastic products is injection molding. Injection molding involves injecting molten plastic into the mold of plastic products under pressure, cooling it to form the desired plastic parts. During the heating and molding process, injection molding waste gases are produced. Unorganized排放 of these waste gases can affect human health and, over time, can pollute the environment. Zhongxin recommends considering the following waste gas treatment processes for injection molding machines:
Composite equipment, featuring a multi-layer filtration system + photo-oxidation equipment + oxidation bed, the combination ensures that the treated exhaust meets the corresponding emission standards, while also extending the service life of the oxidation bed and reducing the operational costs of exhaust treatment.
Zhongxin Industry Equipment Principle
Firstly, the multi-layer characteristic filtration system is employed to remove dust particles of varying sizes, reducing the backend load. Then, by utilizing vacuum ultraviolet to break the chemical bonds of organic waste gas molecules, they are cracked into free atoms or groups, while the oxygen in the mixed air is also cracked into free oxygen atoms, which combine to form ozone. The ozone reacts with the atoms generated from the cracked organic waste gas molecules, decomposing harmful gases. After passing through the oxidation bed, further oxidation occurs, and the emissions meet the standards. The equipment employs a dry filtration purification oxidation method, which does not use water and does not produce secondary pollution. It occupies minimal space, can be used immediately, and is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
