Operating Principle:
1Our proprietary process uses ozone UV ultraviolet light beams to irradiate malodorous gases, breaking them down into organic or inorganic high molecular weight malodorous compounds. Under the照射 of high-energy UV light beams, these compounds degrade into low molecular weight substances such as CO2 and H2O.
2Ozone UV ultraviolet light beams split oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, also known as active oxygen. Since the positive and negative electrons carried by the free oxygen are unbalanced, they need to combine with oxygen molecules to form ozone. UV + O2 → O- + O* (active oxygen) → O + O2 → O3 (ozone). Ozone has an oxidizing effect on organic matter and decomposes malodorous gases and other刺激性 odors.
3After malodorous gases are introduced into this purification equipment via exhaust ventilation systems, the equipment uses a combination of UV ultraviolet light beams and ozone to synergistically oxidize and decompose the gases. This process converts the malodorous substances into low-molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, which are then discharged outdoors through the exhaust ducts.
