Screw Conveying Equipment
The scraper conveyor unit consists of a motor, connecting rod, scraper, roller, etc. Simple structure.Installation and maintenance are simple, and the machine is safe, reliable, with a long service life and low maintenance costs. The cylinder pushes the scraper assembly while the scraper advances the abrasive material by one cylinder stroke under the action of the stopper. When the scraper returns to its original position, it automatically flips up, preventing the abrasive material from being carried back. This improves the conveying efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
Screw conveyors are intermittent conveyance mechanisms characterized by reliable operation, low noise levels, and simple maintenance. They utilize well-distributed, resilient, and wear-resistant scraper blades as the conveying push plates, with the spacing typically designed as200-500mm, the actuating mechanism in forward motion utilizes a mechanical reciprocating mechanism or an pneumatic motion mechanism. With a reciprocating stroke greater than 200-500mm, the cyclic material can be sequentially pushed into the next level of the circulation system.
