Principle Overview:

The interior of the sandblasting room forms an air flow layer from top to bottom under the force of wind, while the abrasive material, propelled by compressed air, is jetted onto the workpiece surface to cut away chips. Some of the abrasive chips break into dust, which is then carried by the downward air flow, re-mixed with the abrasive and rust particles, and returned to the separation system via the honeycomb back-sanding floor. After separation, reusable sand is returned to the storage bin to automatically replenish the sandblasting system for cyclic use; non-reusable dust and impurities are transported to the dust collector for fine filtration. The dust settles in the waste bin and is recycled, while the filtered gas is released into the atmosphere or reused in the sandblasting room. The entire process is enclosed, with no dust leakage, ensuring safety and environmental protection.

A complete set of mechanical recirculating sandblasting room equipment consists of the sandblasting room body, lighting system, air-powered recovery floor, separator, sandblasting system, dust collector, fan, control system, workpiece conveying system, and operator protection system.

Mechanical recycling sandblasting room features:

★ Eco-Friendly: The fan uses electrical drive, clean and pollution-free; sandblasting is carried out in a closed environment, and sand is recovered in sealed pipelines, ensuring no leakage of sand or dust causing surrounding pollution; dust is filtered through a core dust filter, with the discharge concentration of gas after filtration exceeding national emission standards.

★Automatic Recirculation: The system utilizes an aerodynamic floor for sand material recycling, enabling automatic recirculation of the sand.

★ Dual-purpose: The wind generated by the fan meets both the conveying of sand materials and the system's dust removal.

★Automatic Sorting: The sorting unit effectively separates sand, impurities, and dust using aerodynamic principles, allowing recyclable sand to return to the storage bin, while non-recyclable dust and impurities are transported to the dust collector for fine filtration.

★ Filter Core Dust Removal: The system employs a filter core dust removal method, ensuring filtration efficiency.

★ Imported Filter Media: Made from imported long fibers, the filter cores have a large filtering area, with each core having twice the filtering area of a standard filter core.

★Automatic Control: Automation is achievable for sand recycling, sorting, nozzle control, dust removal, and sandblasting pot operations. The system features automatic fault alarms and prompts.

High Integration: The control system employs PLC + touch screen display, enabling both automatic operation mode and manual control mode.

★Efficient Cleaning: Utilizing a high-pressure dual-cylinder continuous sandblasting machine, the single nozzle can clean up to 10 ~ 30 m²/h.

Compared to traditional shot blasting (ball) rooms, it boasts the following distinct features:

Equipped with sand-suction flooring, no need for traditional conveying equipment such as augers, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, etc. This avoids wear, clogging, and other issues caused by sand and dust on conveying equipment, bearings, and motors during sand material transportation and lifting, resulting in a low failure rate and minimal maintenance workload.

3. Equipped with abrasive separation and sorting equipment, the abrasive is automatically recycled, enhancing utilization rate and sandblasting cleaning efficiency.

4. Material recycling separation and dust removal share a single fan, achieving multi-functional use with one wind, saving 30% of energy compared to traditional shot blasting rooms.

5. The sandblasting system allows one sand pot to power multiple high-speed nozzles, each of which can be controlled individually. The sandblasting cleaning efficiency is high, and the working pressure can be infinitely adjusted.

6. Utilizes carbide-tough shot blasting nozzles with an average lifespan of 800-1000 hours.

Dust Separation System

The materials and dust recovered from the honeycomb floor must be separated by a sand-dust separator to allow the sand to continue in the recycling process. The efficiency of the sand-dust separator directly impacts the sandblasting performance of the sandblasting machine and the filtration performance of the dust collector.

The sand separator utilizes a two-stage air separator specifically designed for our sandblasting systems. The first stage is a unique cyclonic inertial separator, followed by an air-blowing separator. It effectively sorts the recovered reusable sand, crushed sand, dust, scale, and other impurities. The whole sand is returned to the sandblasting machine for continuous recycling, while the dust and crushed sand are sent to the dust collector, filtered, and stored for periodic cleaning.

By adjusting the regulating mechanism on the dust separator, the diameter of the separated sand material can be regulated. Customized dust separators can achieve classification, segmentation (various particle sizes), and round selection of sand material.
