S31708 stainless steel pipe 06CR17NI12MO2 stainless steel pipe thick walled seamless stainless steel pipe can be laser cut

Stainless steel seamless pipe, literally meaning that the surface of the stainless steel material does not have welded seams.
In terms of usage, it can be roughly divided into industrial pipes and sanitary pipes. Most of the time, stainless steel seamless pipes refer to industrial grade stainless steel seamless pipes, as they are widely used in industrial production and infrastructure projects.
There is also a significant difference in appearance between the two. The surface of seamless industrial pipes is generally a solid solution surface (also known as an annealed face), while the surface of seamless sanitary pipes is a polished mirror surface.
There are also significant differences in production processes between the two. Industrial seamless pipes are produced by two bundle rolling mills or lathes.
Production process of industrial stainless steel seamless pipe: smelting steel ingot - rolling into elemental steel - stripping and perforation of elemental steel - pipe quenching - pipe quenching, annealing, washing, repairing, grinding and coating - cold drawing by lathe/rolling mill - annealing, washing, cleaning - quality inspection and packaging.
Common materials include: 201304304L, 321316L, 310S, 22052507254SMO, 347H, 904L
The product implementation standards include: GB/T14976, GB/T13296, American ASTM A312, ASTMA213, Japanese JIS, German DIN and other standards
Stainless steel seamless pipes have a wide range of applications, mainly used for fluid and gas transportation, as well as for various machined parts.
