Paperless recorder
A paperless recorder is a device that records collected/processed data on a time axis in its internal storage system, without consuming any commonly used recording facilities such as paper or ink. The stored data recorded inside the instrument is displayed on the LCD screen after calculation and simulation. LCD screens are commonly used for display. On the LCD screen, digital display, bar chart display, curve display, alarm list, etc. can be displayed.
The data collected by paperless recorders commonly includes temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, voltage, current, humidity, frequency, vibration, speed, etc.
The paperless recorder has the characteristics of paperless recording, good real-time performance, high accuracy, communication, searchable, and intelligent functions. The main application scenarios are various industrial sites such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, building materials, papermaking, food, colleges and universities, biological research, heat treatment, and water treatment.

Configuration method
Time and channel configuration. Used for configuring or modifying dates, clocks, recording points, and sampling periods.
Configuration of page and record intervals. The input signal mode, range upper and lower limits, alarm upper and lower limits, filtering time constant, and square root setting for each channel. For flow signals, it can also be used as square root, flow accumulation, and compensation for flow, temperature, and pressure.
Due to the variety of engineering units for input signals, suitable engineering units can be selected through configuration. If equipped with a PID control module, a PID control loop can be implemented.
Configuration of communication information. Used for setting communication addresses and communication methods for microcomputers.
Select configuration on the display screen. The paperless recorder can display nine or more images. You can select the desired display screen through configuration.
Configuration of alarm information. The setting of upper limit, upper limit, lower limit, and lower limit alarm contacts for each channel.
