The trolley type tempering furnace is mainly used for tempering high chromium cast steel rolling rolls, welding stress tempering after surface welding and finishing of rolling rolls, and other tempering purposes. It belongs to the energy-saving periodic operation tempering furnace and adopts a microcomputer program process curve automatic temperature control cabinet to fully automatically execute high-precision tempering process curves.

Used for quenching, annealing, tempering of 35, 45, high chromium, high manganese steel castings, gray cast iron parts, ductile iron parts, rolling mills, oil pipes, steel balls, crusher hammers, lining plates, large welded parts, as well as heat treatment of various mechanical parts. The resistance furnace is composed of an electric trolley, furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace frame, electric furnace door, automatic control system, etc.

Structure Introduction:

The trolley type tempering furnace adopts composite lining or full fiber insulation. The furnace body and trolley are sealed by a self sealing mechanism to reduce the heat convection loss of the trolley furnace and achieve the insulation performance of the trolley furnace. The tempering trolley furnace adopts multi zone heating and is equipped with a stainless steel hot circulation fan on the top of the furnace, which circulates hot air at high speed. The interior is equipped with a hot air internal circulation stainless steel air guide system designed by our company's heat treatment technology center, with very high temperature uniformity.
