It is recommended to choose imported products for the key components of the powder spraying system, while the powder spray chamber, electric mechanical lift, and other parts should be domestically produced.

3. Furnaces are one of the key equipment in the painting production line, which can be divided into single-chamber and through-type, etc., with equipment types including straight-through and bridge designs. The hot air circulation furnaces have good heat preservation properties, uniform internal temperatures, and minimal heat loss. Tests have shown that the temperature difference within the furnace is less than ±30 degrees Celsius, meeting the performance standards of advanced national products in the same category.

4. Centralized control can be achieved using programmable logic controllers to manage the main unit. Automatic control of various processes is carried out according to programmed control programs, with data collection and monitoring alarms. Single-line control is a commonly used control method in painting production lines, where each process is controlled individually. The electrical control box is located near the equipment, offering low cost, intuitive operation, and convenient maintenance.
