Painting production line:
The small cyclone + filter core recovery unit in powder coating is a more advanced and faster-color-change powder recovery system. It is recommended to choose imported products for the key components of the powder spraying system, while all parts such as the powder spray chamber and electric mechanical lifting equipment are domestically produced.
Spraying Equipment
Oil-dripping spray booths and water curtain spray booths, widely used for surface coating on bicycle, car spring steel plates, and large loaders.
Furnace:
Ovens are one of the key equipment in the coating production line, with their temperature uniformity being a crucial indicator for coating quality. Heating methods for ovens include radiation, hot air circulation, and a combination of both. They can be categorized as single-chamber or through-type based on production schedules, and come in straight-through and bridge configurations. Hot air circulation ovens offer good insulation, uniform internal temperatures, and minimal heat loss. Tests show that the temperature difference within the oven is less than ±3°C, meeting the performance standards of advanced countries for similar products.
Heat Source System
Hot air circulation is a widely used heating method, which utilizes the principle of convection to heat the furnace, achieving the drying and curing of workpieces. The heat source can be selected according to the specific needs of the user: electric, steam, gas, or oil, etc. The position of the heat source box can be determined based on the furnace's design: top, bottom, or side.
Electrical Control System:
Coating and electrical control for coating production lines can be centralized or single-line. Centralized control utilizes programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to manage the main equipment, automatically controlling processes based on programmed routines, data collection, and alarm monitoring. Single-line control is a common method in coating production lines, with each process controlled individually. Control cabinets are placed near the equipment, offering low cost, intuitive operation, and easy maintenance.
Hanging Conveyer Chain
Suspension conveyors are the conveying systems for industrial assembly lines and painting lines. Storage conveyor systems with stacking capability are used for storage racks with lengths of 10-14 meters and for painting lines of special-shaped alloy steel tubes for street lights. Workpieces are hung on hangers (with a load capacity of 500-600 kg), and the entry and exit switch tracks are smooth. The switch tracks are opened and closed based on work instructions, controlled electrically. This system meets the automatic conveying needs of workpieces at various processing stations. In the strong cooling room and the lower part area, workpieces are stacked and cooled in parallel. Additionally, there are hanger recognition and traction alarm stop devices installed in the strong cooling area.
