Horizontal Twin Cyclone Liquid-Gas Separator Working Principle:
1. A feed buffer device for gas-liquid two-phase inlet helps to reduce the kinetic energy of the gas-liquid two-phase fluid entering the separator, while also removing large liquid droplets and slugging from the gas.
2. The liquid enters the secondary liquid collection tank from the lead liquid pipe.
3. Gases carry along remaining small droplets of liquid into the upper double-bag separator blades.
4. The liquid collected by the separated blades is gathered below the blades. The collected liquid is then guided into the second-stage liquid collection trough by the force of gravity and discharged from the bottom of the separator.

Advantages:
1. Exceptional gas processing capacity
2. High liquid residence time
3. Excellent liquid separation efficiency
4. The liquid treatment has a wide range of flexibility, suitable for situations with slug flow.
5. Completely eliminated secondary entrainment caused by high-speed gas flow in the liquid
6. The secondary liquid collection sump also effectively releases bubbles trapped in the liquid, contributing to the full stabilization of the liquid.

Application Scenario:
Gases carrying large volumes of liquid, particularly in slug flow; situations with higher gas flow rates and higher separation accuracy.
