Working Principle and Usage Method

The structural design of the bag filter is sealed and tightly locked by four pendulum-type ring head bolts connecting the top cover and filter cylinder, allowing the filter to withstand high filtration pressure and pressure shock from water hammering. The bag filter consists of three parts: the filter cylinder, the filter basket, and the filter bag, featuring a compact and simple structure.;The liquid to be filtered enters through the inlet of the filter, flows into the filter bag, and after being intercepted by the filter bag, exits through the outlet of the filter. The design of the bag filter's inlet and outlet is generally side inlet and bottom outlet for easy cleaning. Replacing the filter bag is simple and quick: first, close the water inlet valve, open the exhaust valve, and allow the pressure inside the filter to drop to atmospheric pressure; second, unscrew the four ring bolts on the top cover and open it; third, remove the filter bag by opening the clip that holds it in place, and replace it with a new one; fourth, close the top cover and tighten the four ring bolts; fifth, open the water inlet valve and close the exhaust valve when liquid starts to flow out. The entire process usually takes about 10-15 minutes. Maintenance of the filter: Generally, when the pressure difference of the filter reaches 2-3 kg, it indicates that the filter bag is mostly clogged. At this point, the liquid flowing out of the filter's outlet is also very little, and it's time to replace the filter bag. Depending on the specific process requirements, if it's necessary to maintain the filter flow at no less than half of the high flow rate, the filter bag should be replaced when the pressure difference reaches about 1 kg. The service life of the filter bag is determined by the turbidity of the raw water, the filtering time, the flow rate, and the filtering area of the filter bag.
