Filter Core - Blade Assembly Separator
Effectively remove liquids, solid particles, and dust simultaneously from a vast array of different industrial gases.
1. Gases carrying liquids, solid particles, and dust enter the filter core from the outside. Solid particles and dust are removed during this process.
Simultaneously, small droplets are also aggregated into larger droplets while removing large-sized droplets.
2. Gas carries larger liquid droplets, which aggregate together, into the vertical pipe.
3. Secondary separation vanes aggregate into larger droplets for removal. The collected liquid is collected below the vanes.
4. The collected liquid is guided into the separator's bottom by gravity through the conduit, and then discharged from the bottom of the separator.
Design an appropriate liquid seal to prevent gas from entering the conduit, causing a liquid short circuit.
5. Reasonable liquid level control to ensure the bottom liquid is smoothly drained from the separator, while maintaining a liquid seal in the conduit.
