The viscomix H200 is a high-quality two-component system powered by hydraulic drive, suitable for processing materials with medium to high viscosity and various mixing ratios. Materials can be directly extracted from a 200L material drum, while hardeners are supplied from 30L packaging drums or pressure vessels.

The Viscomix P80 is an air-driven two-component metering mixing system, capable of handling materials with medium to high viscosity, featuring flexible mixing ratios. Both the main material and the curing agent can be extracted from containers ranging from 20L to 80L by the pump of the P80, while the B component material can be directly discharged from a pressure tank.

The main agent and hardener are stored separately before reaching the static mixing tube, where they are uniformly mixed in the system and coated via a jet applicator. After use, the static special mixing system is cleaned with A component material to prevent curing within the mixing tube.

Function viscomix P80

Materials can be directly pumped from the raw material drum and stored separately in the material tanks of the equipment before mixing. They are then uniformly mixed in the static mixing tube. After operation, a disposable plastic mixing tube can be easily swapped out without the need for cleaning.
