Micro flow sensors are flow monitoring devices used in semi-automatic or fully automatic metering processes to detect whether materials are being output accurately according to the set flow rate. Micro flow sensors are not used for flow control. They are mainly used to monitor the output of lubricants without fillers, NLGI 1-3 grade, or high-viscosity materials such as oils, silicones, etc. Micro flow sensors are compatible with Derpy micro metering valves and the 419 series metering valves.

Micro flow sensors can monitor the precise quantitative output without contacting the material. The感应simulated monitoring signal is amplified and transmitted to the controller, with the sensor capturing 120 quantitative cycles per minute. In case of a failed controller signal transmission, the lack of material flow data will trigger an alarm from the controller.
