Insulation materials for cold storage should be selected as mature, single-shot high-pressure foamed polyurethane materials; for storage panels where the annual temperature is above -22℃, a 100mm thick insulation layer is recommended; for cold storage below -22℃, a 150mm thick insulation layer should be used; and for temperatures below -30℃, a 200mm thick insulating layer is required.
Refrigerated warehouses must be sealed. In actual use, due to the significant temperature difference between the warehouse and the outside, thermal expansion and contraction can easily occur, leading to the inability to open the warehouse door. To better, reasonably, and effectively address such issues, the installation of small refrigerated warehouses should include a balanced window design. When the pressure inside the refrigerated warehouse exceeds a certain level, air can be added to balance the pressure in a reasonable manner.
