The principle of the wrapping machine is to place the item to be wrapped in the center of a rotating disc, then start the motor to rotate the disc, which naturally drives the disc to rotate and wrap the item with film. At the same time, the lifting motor is activated, moving the entire wrapping unit up and down to achieve wrapping in the height direction of the item, thus completing the full exterior wrapping. This not only meets the packaging requirements for storage, transportation, and mechanized loading and unloading operations but also prevents damage to the goods during handling, serving as a dust and moisture barrier, and maintaining cleanliness. It also reduces production costs and improves efficiency. The key during the wrapping process is adjusting the tension of the film and threading it. Generally, adjusting the speed of the disc and the motor can achieve the desired tension. Knowing that the disc speed is greater than the motor speed makes the film tighter, and vice versa, this principle is easy to operate.
