3. Appearance

4.1 Rust removal is required for natural gas pipelines, but not for galvanized steel or anti-corrosion painted pipelines.
4.2 Natural gas pipeline does not require priming and can be wrapped directly on rusted, galvanized, or painted natural gas pipelines.
