At temperatures of 15~25°C, the resistance is 1013 Ω/㎡, and at 250°C, the hard anodized film has a resistance of 1017 Ω/㎡. How to handle aluminum extrusions after oxidation?
What to note during the post-oxidation process of aluminum profiles: First, clamp the non-conforming workpieces onto the fixture used for aluminum anodizing, perform hard anodizing, then subject the aluminum to anodic treatment in sulfuric acid solution for 2-3 minutes. Once the film becomes soft and peels off, gently clean with alkali solution and then brighten with nitric acid before re-initiating the conductive anodizing process.
