What are the pre-anodizing cleaning processes for aluminum?

Due to its difficulty in cleaning, it is recommended to minimize the frequency of water replacement in the first wash tank to maintain a consistent temperature and alkalinity, which is beneficial for cleaning the product. If possible, the second two wash tanks can be equipped with stirring for better results. These two water washes do not need to use overflow; they can be changed at timed intervals based on the workload.

The primary methods are: (1) Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), a surface treatment technique for stainless steel under vacuum conditions, where metals are vaporized into atoms or molecules or ionized into ions, which are then directly deposited onto the workpiece surface to form a coating. This process is known as PVD, with the deposition particle beam originating from non-chemical factors such as evaporation, sputtering, and ion plating. (2) Ion Implantation, a process of injecting different ions into the surface of workpieces under high voltage to modify the surface, known as ion implantation, such as boron implantation.
