Anodized coating characteristics
Porosity of anodized film
Anodized film is porous, and hard anodized pricing, with these pores having a high adsorption capacity, capable of attracting various dyes, salts, lubricants, paraffin, drying oils, resins, etc. Parts that have been oxidized can be dyed in various colors for surface decoration, such as everyday items like pen caps, cigarette boxes, and various aluminum plates. If the anodized film adsorbs photoresists, it can be used to create patterns and scales for gauges. The purpose of filling the anodized film with lubricants is to enhance wear resistance and reduce the coefficient of friction, using paraffin, drying oils, and resins to fill the pores of the anodized film. Yangcheng hard anodizing can improve corrosion resistance and insulation properties.

Anodic oxidation treatment in aluminum anodizing processing
General principles of anodizing treatment, the general concept of the anode layer 1 in the anodizing film of electrolyte solution for aluminum or aluminum alloy products, refers to the aluminum oxide film formed on the surface during the electrolysis process, known as anodizing processing for aluminum and aluminum alloy products. Materials with high chemical stability in the electrolyte, such as lead, stainless steel, and aluminum, serve as cathode devices. The principle of aluminum anodizing is essentially the same as the principle of water electrolysis.

Difference:
Difference between Anodizing and Conductive Anodizing
1. Anodizing is a process conducted under high-voltage electricity, being an electrochemical reaction; whereas conductive oxidation, also known as chemical oxidation, does not require electricity and only needs to be soaked, being a pure chemical reaction.
2. Anodizing takes much longer, often tens of minutes, whereas conductive oxidation requires just a short few seconds.
3. The anodized film produced ranges from several micrometers to dozens of micrometers, and is hard and wear-resistant; the conductive oxide film is only 0.01-0.15 micrometers thick, with poor wear resistance, but it can conduct electricity and withstand atmospheric corrosion, which are its advantages.
4. Oxide films are inherently non-conductive, but due to the extremely thin nature of the conductive oxide film formed, they become conductive.
