Refrigerated warehouse maintenance items include:
Upon completion of cold storage installation or after a long-term shutdown, the cooling speed should be reasonable: it is advisable to control it at 8-10℃ per day, and maintain it at 0℃ for a period of time. When the cold storage equipment is not in use for a long time, the main power supply of the cold storage should be disconnected, and measures should be taken to ensure that the equipment is not damp or contaminated by dust and other substances.
Warehouse panel maintenance: Be cautious during use and avoid collisions and scratches with hard objects. This may cause indentation and rust on the panels, which could severely reduce the local insulation performance of the warehouse body.
Maintain cold storage temperature. The temperature in cold storage is crucial as it directly affects the quality and safety of stored items. Regularly check the temperature gauge and ensure its accuracy. Additionally, the temperature should always be kept within the specified range. In case of any abnormalities, immediate action should be taken to adjust the temperature.
Maintain refrigeration door. The refrigeration door is one of the more critical components of a cold storage facility, as it must ensure a tight seal to prevent the escape of cold air. Therefore, regularly inspect the door's sealing integrity, and ensure the hinges and locks are functioning properly. If a door or seal replacement is needed, it should be done promptly.
