Description

I. Application:
Used for water filtration in cooling water systems and other water pipelines in industries such as thermal power plants, hydropower stations, steel smelting, petrochemicals, dyeing and papermaking. It features pollution interception and discharge, and is an advanced and reasonably priced cleaning and filtering unit, priced at one-third of imported similar equipment. Due to the varying water sources from rivers, lakes, and seas, there are various impurities in the water, such as industrial waste, floating weeds, fish and shrimp, snails, etc. Industrial rotary backwash filter water systems are divided into manual rotary backwash filters, electric rotary backwash filters, and fully automatic backwash filters, as well as filter meshes. They are well applied in the following industrial manufacturing and production: thermal power plants, hydropower stations, petrochemicals, steel smelting, dyeing, papermaking, and textile industries, as well as circulating cooling water systems in various industrial and mining enterprises, and hot water systems.
It supplies water to the pipeline.

In front of the pipe of the water supply system, a pre-filter is generally used for treatment. However, some small particles of debris still exist in the treated water quality, such as: fine-grained suspended particles, silt, snails, etc. If they accumulate to a certain extent in the water supply system without being cleared, it will lead to a reduction in the flow area, ultimately causing blockages. In severe cases, this can result in downtime and pose a significant threat to safe operation. Therefore, it is very necessary to set up a secondary filter on large-diameter pipes and industrial water filters and purifiers on the small-diameter pipes of the internal cooling water circulation system.

The water purification capacity is strong, with high precision in filtering impurities. The smallest size of filtered impurities is 1.5mm, and the filtration precision can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Section 3: Working Principle and Operating Procedure:
The industrial screen washer's inlet water enters from the interior of the core mesh, where debris accumulates on the inner surface. The core mesh is divided into 4 to 8 small chambers. During operation, when a chamber rotates to directly above the discharge outlet, it is in a relatively static pressure state. When the discharge valve is opened, the pressure at the valve outlet is atmospheric pressure. At this point, a certain pressure difference exists within the chamber, causing a reverse flow rinse from the outside in. The higher the working water pressure of the system, the greater the negative pressure in the water chamber, and all debris attached to the inner surface of the core mesh is flushed away by the reverse flow, being discharged with the water flow through the lower discharge outlet. The actuator drives the core mesh to rotate at a low speed. As the core mesh rotates slowly, the reverse flow can achieve a cyclic cleaning of the entire screen surface, enabling continuous online operation.
The filter screen can be adjusted according to the current water quality, operating on a timed basis. This means the equipment is temporarily set to clean once per shift (4 hours). During each cleaning cycle, the rotating device's actuator drives the screen to rotate (1 revolution).
Adjust the rotation count of the core wire according to the on-site conditions to maintain normal operation.
After the debris is filtered out by the wave net, the core becomes dirty, the water pressure increases, and it requires cleaning. Open the drain valve, rotate the actuator, and perform drainage. Once the core is clean and the water pressure drops to a certain level, stop the drainage operation, close the drain valve. If the pressure does not decrease, stop the operation, close the drain valve, and conduct maintenance. Open the filter mesh, remove the core for cleaning or replacement.
Section 4: Application Range:
1. Suitable for pipelines with a diameter of DN1600 and below.
2. The water filters (with precision ranging from 0.5mm to 8mm) are suitable for the generator's internal cooling water system and steam turbine oil system, effectively eliminating the potential hazards caused by the fragmentation of old filter mesh.
3. Structural forms include: A. Low-input, high-output; B. High-input, low-output; C. Slanting insertion; D. Side-entry, side-output, etc., which can be designed according to on-site requirements.
