
Product Introduction: FR-2020 PC Flame Retardant is a flame retardant that can be used to produce transparent, halogen-free, environmentally friendly PC with UL94V-0/3.2mm rating, or 2.0 halogen-free PC flame retardant.
Product Application: This product, among similar PC flame-retardant offerings, has minimal impact on PC properties and offers excellent value for money. It is primarily used in pure PC applications. Recommended dosage is 0.1% to 0.2%; for recycled material, an additional 1 part is needed to achieve UL94V-0/1.6mm. It can be used alone or in combination with a small amount of antislip synergist, silicone, phosphorus, or bromine-based flame retardants for better UL94 V-0/1.0mm performance at a lower cost.

Note: A higher degree of machine compatibility is required for PC transparent halogen-free flame-retardant V-0/32mm (it is recommended to make the masterbatch under supplier guidance and then granulate again).

Note: To achieve PC flame-retardant V-0/1.0mm, a small amount of silicone or bromine flame-retardant can be added.
